Error 691 - Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain.

Solution

Go into My computer > dial up networking > double click Icon Delete username/password and re-enter. Try connecting If that does not work then go into My computer > dial up networking > properties of connection > server types. Take tick out of log onto network. Try connecting again.
