Error 630- The port was disconnected due to hardware failure
Solution
  1. Check correct modem is selected in connection properties.
  2. Do a modem diagnostics in control panel > modems - if it does not respond then re-install modem.
  3. Update modem drivers.
  4. Refer to manufacturer.
