| Solution |
- Go into My computer
> dial up networking > properties of
connection.
- In the general
properties page make sure the modem is the
correct one you are using. If not click on the
drop down list and pick correct modem.
- Click on OK
- Try connecting.
- If that fails go
into control panel > modems > check if
correct modem drivers are installed.
- If not then remove
incorrect modem > restart computer >
re-install modem.
- If that fails
remove dialer and create a new one.
