- Try rebooting
computer.
- Make sure not
programs are running, ie fax software or
communication software.
- Check to see if
RNAAPP is loaded into memory > press CTRL ALT
DEL > if RNAAPP is loaded > highlight it
and press end task.
- Reboot computer.
